Sylvester Chisom is arguably one of the brightest entrepreneurial minds of our time. That's why when I was think about the perfect person to kick of the "My Brothers' Keeper" Speaker Series, I was elated that he was available, first of all, and willing to give of his time and come on the show.
An accomplished entrepreneur with is nationally recognized detail shop "Show-Room Shine" which he started at age 17 with his best friend, Chisom is also pouring his talents into the next generation. As a best selling author and highly sought after speaker he loves to encourage our youth and wants them to see entrepreneurship as an option. A huge proponent of education, Chisom is a graduate of The Ohio State University, he realizes fully that a formal education isn't the only way to learn.
Check out his interview on Talking Money in the Morning LIVE! as the first of many successful black men to be featured in the "My Brothers' Keeper" speaker series.

Authors Brandy Gates and LadyRaeJ Johnson chopping it up on Talking Money in the Morning Live's Black Literature Week.
What a way to kick off Black Literature Week. Brandy Gates and LadyRaeJ Johnson really set the bar high. These two phenomenal women are the epitome of strength and courage. What they endured would have literally killed most, but it only made them stronger.
Both Brandy and LadyRaeJ overcame tremendous trauma and pain and now are standing in their truths as brave as they can be and using their testimonies to help others through the healing process. Don't just take my word, listen for yourself.
